Bookings made online must be paid in full with a Credit Card online at time of booking to secure the discounted online tariff.

* Prices assume 2 people per room
* Weekend - (Thursday - Friday, Friday - Saturday, Saturday - Sunday)
* Week Day - (Sunday to Thursday)
* If the property is self-contained, guests have sole occupancy and complete privacy.
* Two night minimum stay required on a weekend.
* Before booking, guests should check the number of bedrooms in a property as tariffs listed are typically based 2 guests (i.e 1 double bed). In some cases properties may have less bedrooms than indicated in the tariff table as bedrooms can accommodate extra beds and therefore extra guests.
* Double bedrooms are first allocated to guests before twin share bedrooms.
* Guests have exclusive use of a property when they book a self contained property.
* The full house tariff will apply for guests booking multiple bedroom properties two weeks or more prior to their arrival regardless of the actual number of bedrooms required.
* Minimum stays and fixed tariffs may apply during special periods and public holidays including New Year, Melbourne Cup and Easter.
